The cost of shipping plans in the U. S. is $3.00. $15 outside of the U. S. Sales tax will be added for shipments made to Utah. Shipping cost of larger items are quoted and are based upon design and distance. Plans can be returned (postage prepaid) for credit within 30 days, or full credit given and can be applied against finished product of the same design.
